“Imagine how you would feel if you knew you could create your life however you wanted. That’s the power of life coaching. *Exploring Coaching – Your New Direction, Ann Strong, 2004.
A: A professional Life Coach is a trusted mentor who can help you identify and uncover what keeps you from reaching your fullest potential. They provide a support system while serving as an accountability partner offering new perspectives designed to create major shifts in thinking to enhance your forward progress.
A: No, Life Coaching not at all like therapy. A coach is a partner, while a therapist is more of a healer. Coaching is distinct from traditional therapy because it is not designed to address psychological issues. While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus of Life Coaching is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. Little emphasis is placed on the past with coaching; instead the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future. You use Life Coaching to help create new outcomes in your life. You may ask yourself questions such as “what do I want to accomplish” and “what will it take to get me there”. Coaching creates positive movement in your life. You use words like “I choose to”, “I want to”, or “I’m responsible for” for instead of using negative language like “I can’t”, or “I have no power to over my life” or “It’s not my fault”. You are creating the life you are living right now….why not create it the way you want?
A: Law of Attraction coaching is based on the idea that we are all vibrational beings and are continuously, if we are aware of it or not, producing vibrations about what we want. While traditional coaching may be effective for reaching a specific goal, lasting and sustainable change only happens when we have access to our own personal power. By working with me you will learn how these vibrations are affecting everything in your life, either negatively or positively and how to transform these vibrations to create the life you desire and deserve.
As your coach we will work together using many powerful and effective processes and techniques that you will take away with you and use the rest of your life. You will become self-reliant and self-empowered.
My Law of Attraction coaching is about a new kind of action. Not the forced action where you feel like you are pushing a heavy rock up a mountain to achieve your goals; but aligned action or inspired action when you improve your vibration and mindset before taking action. This makes your action more efficient and effective and feels a whole lot better in all that you do. You will give up that pushing the boulder up the mountain feeling in exchange for the relaxation of floating downstream on a serene river on route to your goals. How does that sound?
Law of Attraction Coaching is about where you are right now and where you want to go. With my guidance, you will be able to define your dreams, recognizing what’s holding you back, and move forward with a greater momentum and clarity.
A: People from all walks of life utilize professional coaches to help them attain their goals. Ever heard of a star athlete without a coach? Many highly successful business professionals have talked about their mentors and coaches while climbing up the corporate ladder. During my career at Morgan Stanley, I had the privilege of working with a coach who “showed me the ropes”, preparing me for the success that was to come. Without him, my future would have been very different and not nearly as successful.
