Are You Stuck?

Are you Stuck

Feeling stuck or “frozen in your tracks”?

Here are some suggestions to help us get “unstuck”, move forward and enjoy life.

Many times, feeling stuck can actually be a good thing…as it is a sign that you are ready for a change. Feeling stuck at work? Maybe you have outgrown your current position and are getting bored. You may want to start checking out other opportunities.

Maybe you feel you are moving forward, but too slowly. Even the tiniest step is progress. Baby steps are still steps! Sometimes we feel like a rocket, speeding to our goals, and yet other times the progress seems to creep along. Remember to celebrate even the tiniest of steps. Showing gratitude makes the journey more joyful.

Ever participate in analysis paralysis? Overthinking slows down progress. Your job is to set your intention, focus on that intention, then trust and allow the Universe to guide your direction. Don’t overthink and analyze your creating partner. Trust means To Rely Upon Spirit Totally.

Simple, yet true. Nothing changes… if nothing changes. Remember the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Well, if you are stuck and keep on doing nothing…what will you get? Right, a big nothing. Commit to do one thing differently each day. It’s that “baby steps” concept…and it really works.

Beautiful things happen when you clear your life of negativity. Got any nay- sayers around you? It may be time to say “Adios!” or spend less and less time with them. I love the motto…” One can’t soar with eagles while hanging around with turkeys”. Lessen the negative “gobble-gobble” you hear. It’s time to fly!

Continuing with the idea of reducing the negative people in your life, believe what your heart tells you and not what others tell you. When you are in alignment with your inner self and the Universe, you open your heart to wonderful and positive inspirations coming from your higher self. You know what’s best for you…way more than other people.

New beginnings can feel like endings. We may need to end our current situation before a new one can come into our lives. That can be scary. One door closes…another opens. That’s when the allowing and trust come in. By gaining clarity and focus on your intention…close that old door…and allow the Universe to co-create your new beginning with you.

By taking the frustration, stress, and feelings of lack out of the equation, start to truly feel…if it’s meant to be, it will happen at the right time, at the right place and for the right reasons. Keep attached to your intentions…but detach from the outcome. Give up all that worry and fear…believe the Universe has got your back…because it has.

Finally, smile and know…your best is yet to come!
